THE COMPANY: Our client is a luxury tour operator, who are seeking a Travel Specialist to join their Railway team, on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Promoting railway products
- Quoting and booking group and individual rail travel using various in-house systems
- Managing new and existing accounts
- Operating and invoicing group travel and dealing with pre and post departure queries
- Experience in a similar role in the travel industry
- Experience in a customer care environment
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential, with French, German or Italian an advantage
