Treasury Supervisor
London (hybrid, 2-3 days)
£30,000 - £34,000 basic salary + excellent benefits (inc. 27 days annual leave increasing to 30, training & study support, pension, private medical, corporate gym membership)
A leading and rapidly expanding educational consultancy based in London is currently looking for an experienced Treasury/Sales Ledger Supervisor to join its Income Team. Reporting into the Credit & Treasury manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Banking and Treasury functions, as well as line management responsibility for 3-4 staff within the Treasury team.
Duties include:
- Supervising the maintenance of the Banking and Treasury functions
- Supervision of 3-4 line reports within the Treasury team
- Completion of bank reconciliations for the company bank accounts
- Payments/invoicing postings for the division
- Investigating unreconciled transactions
- Month end duties
- Reporting for senior management
- Supporting the wider credit control team
- Quarterly invoicing
- Daily cashbook and reconciliation SLAs
Experience required:
- Good sales ledger knowledge, specifically within bank reconciliations/cash allocation/invoicing
- Previous staff supervisory/team leader experience (or prior experience of overseeing junior members of staff)
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Methodical and accurate with a proven ability to focus on detail
- Proven high level communication skills
- Self motivated and the ability to motivate and develop others
