Treasury Supervisor
Hybrid – Swindon or London
Competitive Salary + Bonus
Reports to Treasury Manager
The Treasury Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day treasury operations of PayTech. This includes, but is not limited to, daily safeguarding, reconciliations and settlement activities.
The Treasury Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 2 direct reports and their development will need to be supported.
What you will be doing;
- Review and approve the calculation of safeguarding requirements within SLAs for regulated programmes;
- Monitoring of client programme funding, challenging clients where required;
- Oversee the reconciliation process to ensure that incoming funds are matched to the core system;
- Review and approve payments;
- Enhance use of the TMS (Kyriba);
- Prepare Treasury Reporting;
- Perform regulatory KYC for banking partners;
- Manage banking access and bank mandates
- Other tasks as required to support the Treasury Manager and other team members.

- Knowledge of banking platforms and system administration / bank mandates.
- Have a continuous improvement mind-set;
- Ability to understand and challenge the status quo and to recommend alternative solutions
- Proactive and tenacious in resolution of queries.
- Minimum 5 years treasury experience, ideally in an international group;
- Good knowledge and experience of the functioning of banking operations and flows;
- Experience of working in a regulated environment is strongly desired.
