The Field Operator I will rig up, rig down and run TRS (Tubular Running Services) equipment at location under supervision. Prepare accurate tickets, job reports, time sheets, and other administrative forms as required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Pre-load job under supervision.
- Rig up and rig down TRS equipment.
- Assist TRS crew during operations.
- Run TRS Operations.
- Maintain and clean all TRS equipment.
- Repair and maintain TRS equipment with no supervision.
- Maintain neat housekeeping.
- Available on a 24 hour basis to respond to customer needs.
- Available to work long hours when required.
- Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- 1+ years experience in related area - electrical/hydraulic/mechanical/technician.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
- Must have a telephone and the ability to be on 24 hour call.
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Experience with TRS (Tubular Running Services) would be beneficial.
