SalaryA well-established Law firm is seeking to hire a Trust Accountant / Bookkeeper to work in their London office. Reporting to the Head of Trusts and Personal Tax, you will be seated within the wider Tax group, comprising of 3 Tax Managers and 2 Associates and you will perform work for the firm’s private client base and oversee their accounts.
Trust Accountant / Bookkeeper Duties:
- Overseeing the trust accounting function for the organisation’s private clients
- Creation of draft trust accounts
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider team
- Ensuring client due diligence is maintained
- Preparation of cashflow forecasts
Trust Accountant / Bookkeeper Experience:
- Applicants must have worked in either a Law firm, a small Accountancy firm or a Family Office
- Trust finance experience is not essential, but highly desirable
- Experience of Troika or Xero is preferred
- Seeking individuals who are equally comfortable working independently and in a team, with strong organisational, communication and multi-tasking skills
