Are you a Sales Director or similar with an extensive background in civil engineering looking to use your expertise to step into and develop this brand new directorship role where you will be responsible for the companies substantial growth and success?

On offer is an opening within the UK branch of this international company, who are up and coming leaders in the sustainable solutions industry. The company have hugely exciting plans to grow over the next few years, including doubling their UK team which means they're looking for an ambitious individual who wants to lead the growth.

As Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence within the UK. Your expertise in the civil engineering and construction sectors will be instrumental in achieving ambitious sales targets and you will be developing comprehensive sales and business development strategies tailored to the industry, whilst identifying new opportunities to drive growth.

This role would suit an experienced sales director or similar looking lead the UK branch's development and growth in hugely successful and rapidly developing company.

The Role:

• Lead and inspire the UK sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Collate sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Confidently handle / oversee negotiations with external bodies
• International travel on occasion to meet with the board of directors to develop company growth plans
