Uk Finance Director

Your new company is an International Not for Profit organisation based in Central Reading and are looking for a UK Finance Director.
Your new role is critical to the effective commercial performance and subsequent growth of the UK business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective commercial strategies and influencing operational decisions for the UK Directorate. As the senior commercial business partner in the UK, you will provide commercial oversight, sound advice and robust challenge. You will deliver insightful commercial information and complex analysis to UK Stakeholders.
As a member of the UK Senior Management Team and the global Senior Finance Team, you will contribute to global finance initiatives and working towards a consistent commercial approach across all of the organisation's work globally. You will manage a team of c 6 people and the associated budget.
What you\'ll need to succeed is to be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with substantial post qualification experience with excellent knowledge of financial management systems and how to use them in providing insight to financial decision-making. You will have the ability to recognise inter-relationships between key performance drivers and financial outcomes as well as excellent demonstrable appreciation of commercial business management practices. It will be important that you understand the issues associated with a globally dispersed, multi-currency organisation
