This position is for a Financial Controller in our UK Business, who will oversee all financial aspects of our Media department, with a focus on accounting and finance. The successful candidate will manage financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Description

• Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the UK Business.
• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements.
• Conduct budgeting and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures.
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of financial activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to align financial and business goals.
• Maintain relationships with financial service providers and partners.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller for our UK Studios should have:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified.
• Outstanding skills in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the media industry.
• Excellent decision-making abilities and leadership qualities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
• A degree in finance, accounting or similar field.
