Reporting to the Global CFO, the position will be integral in supporting the growth of the UK operations with 2024 promising to be packed with scope and duties will include
- Production of month end management accounts
- Profit and loss reporting
- Balance sheet accounts production
- Business partnering and stakeholder management
- Acquisition integration
- Review and improvement of internal controls
- Heading up UK ERP implementation
- Production of statutory accounts and audit preparation
- Management of one team member
- Ad hoc reporting
This role will suit a post-qualified accountant, circa 5 years PQE who has worked in an all-round position, probably within an SME environment, but ideally one that has subsidiaries.
Well versed in IFRS and statutory accounts production as well as working in an evolving business, this role will suit someone who has worked in project accounting and thrives on being busy.
Advanced IT skills, notably in Excel and an embracing attitude to new systems are key to the success of this role.
