- Establish and nurture strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the construction of new build commercial premises.
- Understand and articulate the technical aspects of our products to potential customers, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance.
- Collaborate with our engineering and technical teams to tailor solutions to the specific needs of clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their sustainability goals and demonstrate how our products align with those objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. What you will have: - Proven track record in technical sales, with a focus on selling to contractors for newly built commercial premises.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial building industry, particularly within leisure, office, medical, and large projects.
- A deep understanding of energy-efficient and sustainable building solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Technical aptitude to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
