Adecco Peterborough are looking for a candidate to join our clients team and deliver with outstanding care and attention. The need to build a good rapport quickly, friendly and professionally is a must. We are looking for people who can maintain excellent relationships with both new and existing customers. The successful candidate must be well mannered, easy to talk to and work well in a in a busy, fast paced environment with a close knit team.
The role will involve:
- To ensure that every aspect of processing and planning customer orders for delivery and installation are completed following standard operating procedures in an efficient manner
To provide daily comprehensive support for the Field Sales Team. To generate and process customer quotations, Frame Request Forms and EC Design documents.
To engage with customers and liaise with the relevant departments to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service is always met
To coordinate site visits and installations of customer's orders
To ensure that all Complaints after the point of goods being dispatched are dealt with in an efficient manner and following procedures, terms and conditions
- To deliver a high standard of sales administration and Customer Service, and delivery coordination to Customer Accounts
- To provide pre Sales Support to the Field Sales Team ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service at all times
- To work towards the department's capacity to effectively manage and process customer quotations, orders, enquiries and complaints received
- To proactively deliver CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to Best Practice and in accordance with Company expectation and standards
- To work with the Operational Manager - Services & Distribution to deliver the department objectives
About you:
- Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- PC literate and comfortable using various software/systems & processes
- Competent in using Microsoft Excel and emails
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to multi-task, prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Able to use your own initiative
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- Ideally Customer Service Experience within an office environment
