SalaryAn urgent opportunity has arisen for a talented PA-Studio Manager to join the ranks of this friendly, Modern Architecture Studio on an initial temporary basis of at least 1 month.
Ideally suited to a PA/Studio Manager who may have recently left their last role or someone currently in between positions, this team are a largely self-sufficient bunch of professionals and the main focus would be working alongside the Directors and Senior Leadership team to help maintain the existing processes and established procedures.
The role is wonderfully diverse, with the full range of administrative support from serving as front of house and taking deliveries from couriers, all the way to drafting correspondence for figures of national significance and planning international itineraries.
Full support and day-to-day guidance will be provided by the existing Senior Leaders in practice and the studio prides itself on its welcoming and supportive ethos.
Competency across Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign is highly advantageous, so too is a high attention to detail and a friendly, warm personality.
