You will play a crucial role in supporting our dealership operations, responsible for a variety of administrative tasks related to vehicle sales and customer service. You will be working for a tight knit company who look after their employees and pride themselves on exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Admin Assistant:
- Assist the Vehicle Administrator in all aspects of Vehicle Administration and provide coverage during holiday periods.
- Process warranty claims for the site efficiently and accurately.
- Provide cover for the Purchase Ledger during holiday periods, ensuring continuity of financial operations.
- Greet customers at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Assist the Service Department reception by engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and efficiently booking in jobs.
- Previous experience of administration within the motor trade is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
