About the Job
We are hiring for an in-house Video Producer, responsible for coordinating, shooting, and editing our video output for both research and marketing purposes.
This role will have the opportunity to shape our visual brand through video, as we look to build a fresh set of marketing assets and develop our established video brand with our institutional investor client base.

We are looking for someone with immediate availability or a notice period of four weeks or less. The role is a fixed nine-month contract, although it could lead to a permanent position within The Analyst.
The successful candidate will be expected to work at our Clapham North office for a minimum of three days a week, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. There is a need for flexibility on the work from home days if a shoot is scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with our Research team to shoot ~20 short videos per month. The team are equipped with their own self-recording equipment, so you are not required to be present for all recordings.

• Work with our content editor and compliance team to review the research videos, ensuring they are finished to a high-quality and approved for publishing to our website and app.
• Collaborate with our marketing manager, to help build a fresh set of marketing video assets. We are looking to develop 5-10 short videos over the nine-month duration of this role.
• Maintain our audio-visual inventory, ensuring the Research team have cameras, microphones, memory cards, and batteries that are all working and ready to go.
• Help to develop our video brand by bringing new ideas for video formats and suggestions to improve our existing processes.
