Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant for The Cleaning Post ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our cleaning services operations. From recruiting and managing cleaners to scheduling bookings and handling administrative tasks, you will be a crucial link between our clients and our team of dedicated cleaners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and onboard qualified cleaners to meet the demands of our growing client base.
- Schedule Management: Efficiently manage cleaner schedules to ensure optimal coverage and timely completion of services.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in our cleaning services, conducting regular client follow up and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and scheduling software.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
