Shakespeare's Globe is currently seeking an experienced Visitor Operations Manager to lead the day to day operations of the Tours and Globe Story Exhibition. You will have worked in a large, fast paced and complex tourist attraction environment and will be confident in adapting to changing priorities and needs. You will bring new ideas and initiatives to strengthen our operation, engage the team and be committed to supporting our financial and visitor experience ambitions.

The role:
The Visitor and Audience Operations Manager (Tours and Globe Story Experience) is an on-site role, working across 7 days a week. Its main focus is to take the operational lead and implement ongoing improvements to the tourist attraction offer in conjunction with the Head of Visitor and Audience Operations, refining processes and procedures, and providing practical management support to the other Visitor Operations Managers, line reports and wider management team. Regular Duty Management across all the departments work is part of the role including for performances and events.
