Visitor Services Assistant

The Visitor Services Assistant will deliver high quality customer support services at Jodrell Bank Centre for Engagement. Carrying out day-to-day Visitor Services under the guidance of the Visitor Services Supervisor(s), ensuring that agreed professional standards of customer service and hospitality are continuously delivered in an efficient, safe manner in line with customer requirements.

Home to the famous Lovell Telescope, Jodrell Bank is a deep space observatory, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a place of live scientific research. Its Centre for Engagement including the First Light Pavilion is a multi-award-winning attraction welcoming over 180,000 annual visitors including 25,000 children visiting on a school trip.
