What we’re looking for:
Do you have a good understanding of void delivery and coordination?
Are you able to deal with a range of difficult problems and resolve these to the customer's satisfaction, exploring alternatives options to resolve the problem?
Do you have demonstrable experience in a role which has required good admin skills, including keyboard, telephone, IT and experience of working with databases?
Do you have experience in diary management and appointment scheduling?
Do you have experience of raising, monitoring and recording work orders though a relevant housing / repair management system?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Void Coordinator on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As a Void Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of the organisations empty homes / voids programme as well as supporting the wider Repairs Team in the delivery of the service where required. You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and customers across Peabody, driving improvements and offering a first-class service to our customers.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Advising and supporting our customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified
Dealing with routine enquires from external agencies, internal customers and stakeholders in a professional manner within pre-agreed departmental and company timeframes.
Monitoring progress of works with special emphasis on works in progress liaising with the supply chain to ensure works are completed in target, raising works orders for the supply chain, monitor outcomes and completion targets.
Ensuring that invoices are processed in an efficient and timely manner and that accurate recording of such payments takes place
This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
