We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative for our growing team that will provide effective and efficient support to our clients.
Boxing and Unboxing IT equipment
Pallet Movement / Work Planning
Database input.
Picking of parts to meet SLA
Receiving and identifying field returns components through a scrap, store, repair, warranty loop.
Updating SAP and ITSM info records. Updating inventory control movements using SAP and re assigning info work records in call management system (ITSM).
Emailing ISPs and Management when required. - This would be when there are issues with an order, the candidate will need to have strong communication skills because they will be interacting with varying levels of stakeholders
Main Responsibilities ?
* Purchase order receipts Main responsibilities: The collection and receipt of materials returned from repairers and OEMs into Hatfield maintenance stock to meet customer requirements.
* The successful applicant should have Knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP although training will be provided.
* check and balance of consignments add updates into a shared team spreadsheet,
* add discrepancies into a shared query database for internal partnerships to resolve.
* work to high degrees of accuracy and tight deadlines.
Key Requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills.
IT/Logistical background, an interest in IT is an advantage
Data input experience is an advantage.
Flexibility to react to demand on short notice.
Ability to work to driven targets and SLA and time management skills.
Knowledge of I.T componentry.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
