Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends

Location: Manchester Central

Work Location: In-person.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics operations, including the scheduling of transport and liaison with drivers.
• Manage warehouse inventory and archive boxes efficiently, ensuring accurate job onboarding, maintaining stock levels, and timely dispatch.
• Apply a logical and structured approach to problem-solving within the context of warehouse and logistical challenges.
• Ensure clear communication with drivers, transport partners, and clients.
• Handle multiple tasks across the warehouse, logistics, administration, and production departments, dealing with document scanning and data entry to ensure all operations meet our standards.
• Display resilience in addressing logistics challenges, ensuring solutions are timely and cost-effective.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
