Job Summary:
Spinaclean, home of SkyVac, are recruiting for a Part-time Warehouse Administration to join our expanding team. With delivering excellent customer service at the heart of everything that we do, this role requires a customer focused individual who is willing to go the extra mile. Joining a small yet dynamic team, a positive can-do attitude, able to work autonomously or as part of a team, to work under pressure working and meet deadlines are essential skills. As front of house and the first point of contact for the customer, this individual must be smart, professional and polite at all times. Supporting the administration team daily.
Full Time Position: 15 Hours per week – Monday – Friday
Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders for picking – writing courier and date, printing BOMs, writing offers included
- Create labels for the orders
- Stock transferring on stock system
- Allocating stock from orders
- Booking in goods in and filing delivery notes
- Arranging collection when required
- Tracking orders on request
- Calling customers to confirm pallet deliveries
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
