Hours of work: Night shift 6am to 2pm (you will have to work some weekends on a rota basis)
A brief role overview:
Lead and manage a warehouse team
Set and communicate your teams objectives
Hold monthly 1-2-1s
Recruit, onboard and induct new team members
Ensure your team are 100% compliant
Experience needed:
Experience working in a fast-moving warehouse
Experience of managing a large team of warehouse operatives
Experience of managing warehousing regulatory H&S checks and procedures
