Warehouse Manager

Hayley Group Limited are looking for a Warehouse Managerto join our well-established and experienced team based at our Carlisle branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Warehouse Manager, you will help provide excellent service to our customers.  You will be responsible for overseeing operations in a bustling warehouse setting, collaborating closely with a dynamic Sales office.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.

Key responsibilities as our Warehouse Manager will include:

• Picking and inspection of orders.
• Managing delivery teams.
• Assisting with inventory management.
• Receipt and handling of goods and deliveries.
• General Warehouse duties.

Skills & attributes we're looking for in our Warehouse Manager:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Possession of a FLT licence is desirable, although it is not mandatory as training can be provided.
• Previous warehouse management experience.
• Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service. 
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good level of communication and numerical skills.
• An engineering background would be advantageous.
• Experience in the nuclear industry is desirable, but not essential.
