Position: Warehouse Logistics Operative
Location: Havant
Salary: £11.66 p/h
Hours: Monday to Thursday- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday- 7:30 AM to 4:00 AM
Contract: Full-time, temporary until 03/06/2024 with possibility of extension

Brook Street Ltd are pleased to announce a readily available position in Havant for an experienced Warehouse Operative. Our client is part of a dynamic and growing warehouse team dedicated to providing high-quality logistics services to their clients. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Operative to join their team. If you have experience in warehouse operations, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and wrapping pallets according to client orders.
• Receiving and processing incoming goods.
• Conducting occasional paint mixing and aerosol labeling tasks.
• Operating forklifts to move and stack goods (training provided if necessary).
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
