Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Middlesbrough
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £12.92
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
Job Description:
- To manually move documentation from the warehouse
- Work as part of a team
- Follow procedures and policies where required
- Be flexible and committed to undertake various tasks at a similar level
- Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Responds positively to the changing needs of the business
- Demonstrating the Lloyds Banking Groups values and behaviours and our Codes of Responsibility in all your day to day activity
- Full 1-2-1 training and support will be provided
We are looking for someone who:
- Physically able to move documentation / files around the warehouse
- Communication skills
- Hardworking and a team player
- Is a positive and active team member who demonstrates the Lloyds Banking Group vision and values
- Works collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
- Proactively seeks out opportunities for improving what we do as a team, as well as themselves
