Job Role: Warehouse Operative/Grader
Location: Bilsthorpe, NG22
Shifts:
- Flexible shifts: You can work between 8am till 8pm on a 8, 10 or 12 hours shift.
Duties:
- As a Warehouse Operative/Grader you will be responsible for assessing the quality of fruits and vegetables, ensuring that only the highest-quality produce reaches their customers.
- Daily you will be working alongside other Warehouse Operatives and you must be checking the products, having strong observational skills
- As part of a busy warehouse environment, you must be picking products and ensuring you hit your targets each day
- Many progression opportunities in the warehouse, once you have started as a Warehouse Operative
- As a Warehouse Operative, you must ensure work areas and equipment are clean and sanitised to meet hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry or agriculture is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to accurately assess the quality of produce.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals.
