Ferrari Swindon is seeking an experienced Service and Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Service department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a busy and successful aftersales department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, accurately, and proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately invoicing repair orders to ensure prompt payment processing,
- Handling Warranty and servicing invoicing, with the support of our Service Quality Team,
- Performing various administrative duties associated with the service process,
- Preparing job packs in advance of customer visits.
- Answering outbound calls to secure and make bookings
