BAFTA is seeking a Website Editor to join their busy PR & Communications team!

Our opportunity:

The BAFTA.org website is the main portal for us to inform audiences of BAFTAs purpose and mission; from bursaries and career development initiatives to our screening and events programme, and of course our prestigious Awards. Our year-round activities support and showcase the diverse range of talent in film, games and TV - and we have the opportunity for an experienced Website Editor to come on board during this exciting period of redevelopment, and tell BAFTA’s story in a creative, compelling way.

Please note we are open to this being a part time or a freelance position for the specific period. Salary based on experience and hours.

Who you are?

Someone with demonstrable experience in content production and editing for large, complex websites
Skilled at creative writing with meticulous attention to detail
Adept at understanding different CMS including WordPress, SEO principles and confident analysing data performance and reporting back
Self-motivated and able to use your own initiative
A good team player who can communicate and collaborate with multiple departments effectively
