Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Wellbeing Project Officer to assist in enhancing and refining wellbeing resources on both internal and external web platforms. You will facilitate the advocacy and accessibility of wellbeing, emphasising its significance throughout the company. Additionally, aid in ensuring the seamless operation of the wellbeing function by managing the wellbeinginbox, handling financial procedures, promoting wellbeing events and addressing general wellbeing-related matters.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Wellbeing Advisers and the Director of HR to assess the current state of wellbeingwebpages and content, aligning with the team's project plan and priorities.
- Review specific wellbeing guidance documents and procedures alongside Wellbeing Advisers.
- Manage the wellbeinginbox efficiently.
- Handle the administrative tasks associated with financial documentation related to wellbeing initiatives, including communication with suppliers and coordination with the finance team.
- Coordinate with Wellbeing Advisers and members of the HR team as necessary to promote wellbeing events.
- Engage with external wellbeing support providers to organise pertinent training sessions and acquire necessary resources.
Requirements
- Proficiency in generalist administrative skills demonstrated effectively.
- Capability to handle difficult individuals and navigate challenging scenarios adeptly.
- Demonstrated track record of employment within the wellbeing/HR sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Strong capacity for forward planning, organization of tasks, and delivering outcomes within strict timelines.
- A degree or equivalent education level is preferred, while being an associate member of CIPD is advantageous.
