Wintel Infrastructure Analyst

Stott and May are looking to speak to Senior Wintel Infrastructure Analysts to join a long term project in Berkshire.
CONTRACT
INSIDE IR35
HYBRID - 3 days per week in Wokingham
** Candidates must have SC clearance, or clearable background **
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to server estate (Window 2022/2019/2016/2012)
- Strong knowledge on the Active directory, group policy and user management.
- Strong knowledge on the VMware virtualisation, different versions of Esxi hosts and vSphere.
- Manage deployments of new / updated applications & OS.
- Manage and deploy applications in Citrix VDA environment
- Should have hands on experience on VMware infra design, build with HA, DR, VM deployments.
- Use change, problem, incident and release management toolset in accordance with organisation policies.
- Knowledge on server hardening, CIS policies and vulnerability fix is mandatory.
Experience:
- Management of Windows desktop builds
- Application packaging technologies such as MSI
- Experience in software deployment technologies such as SCCM desirable
- Knowledge of Citrix XenApp\XenDesktop desirable
- Management of Anti-Virus and Patching Deployments
- Active Directory, especially Group Policy Management
- Working knowledge of DNS,DHCP & WINS
