What you’ll do
- Coordinating and Scheduling - This role will involve Managing Work Schedules for staff, Scheduling work, Coordinating Soft Services
- Managing Email inbox
- Managing Payroll from time to time - Ensuring staff get paid on time
- Administrative Support: data entry, create procedure documents, carry out policy reviews and issue updates, assist with training and development plans for staff, manage communications.. Deal with Fleet Management
- Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation associated
- Registering Vehicles
