Office Angels is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Workforce L&D Assistant Manager ready for their next career opportunity. The role offers hybrid working and you will be working in a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have had experience working within L&D previously or HR (with exposure to L&D). The role will require someone with great organisational skills who can work towards tight deadlines.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Identify, plan, create and deliver a programme of skills development based on the needs of the Fund to drive forward the delivery of the People Strategy and the Fund's organisational goals.
- Ensure learning and development programmes and events are developed using a variety of flexible approaches to meet the business needs.
- Identifying different learning needs and offering virtual solutions and methodologies, including self-guided learning and e-learning packages as well as classroom workshops and briefings.
- Work closely with the Workforce Equality and Culture Lead and other HR colleagues to proactively support on different projects
- Support the Workforce Development Manager in the ongoing delivery of the Workforce Development Strategy and People Strategy.
- Undertake training needs analysis, skills reviews and other research as needed to support the design, planning and delivering of learning and skills programmes.
- Ensure all planned programmes are accessible, inclusive, cost effective and within budget.
- Support and consult with the HR Workforce Development Manager, HR Workforce Development Adviser, the Director of HR and People and HR colleagues in order to continuously improve programmes in response to business and user needs.

- Strong personal organisational, problem solving and planning skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
