Joining a dynamic and enthusiastic team in their Newcastle based office, the Works Planner will become part of a growing organisation who provide a niche service to their customers on a national scale.
Working in the scheduling team, the Works Planner will be responsible for co-ordinating engineers across the UK for a designated area of work. Becoming a specialist in your area, the Works Planner will:
* Coordinate engineers to complete reactive and planned work across the area.
* Build strong relationships with key contacts and teams of engineers.
* Arrange travel and hotel accommodations.
* Ensure Service Level Agreements are serviced.
The Works Planner would ideally have worked in a similar role before, coordinating engineers across national projects.
The ideal Scheduler will have:
* Good IT understanding and excellent communication skills.
* An ability to work well within a team as well as individually.
* Exceptional people skills and rapport building.
* Resilient, flexible and calm approach to a fast-paced environment.
