Salary- Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday only
- Salary: Up to £45,000 basic depending on experience + profit share after successful 12 months service has been completed.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Manager to manage their busy site, the successful Workshop Manager will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Hours of work for this Workshop Manager role are 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday only.
The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Manager is £50,000 OTE.
Duties of a Workshop Manager
- Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
- Looking After the Repair Centre Site.
- Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Manager / Site Manager role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
