Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with enquiries concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in the company database
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, bank reconciliation and photocopying
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and Customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Proficient computerised systems and applications Microsoft Office and in house system.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries and requests
