Join a well-established managed service provider in 1st Line IT Support. Based in Edinburgh, they have an expanding client base, and youll be working in a fast-paced team dealing with end users with varying priorities.
THE JOB:
- Answering calls and live chats
- Accurately creating tickets
- Resolving 1st Line IT issues
- Escalating tickets where necessary
- Overall, delivering excellent customer service.
- Hours 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday

KEY SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of 1st Line IT Support experience
- MSP experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem: desktop, server, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Basic networking troubleshooting
- Comfortable supporting end-users
- Hard-working, great attention to detail, and well organised
- Must live local to Edinburgh.
SALARY + BENEFITS:
- +pound;21,000 - +pound;24,000
