Network IT is currently in search of a Service Desk Analyst to become a valuable addition to our client's team in Swindon on a permanent basis. This role involves contributing to the development of cutting-edge secure solutions for clients in various research sectors, including science and medical fields.
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst with a genuine passion for technology. In this position, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for both external and internal customers, providing essential IT support. Your responsibilities will include daily interactions with customers via multiple communication channels, including in-person at the desk, over the phone, and through email, depending on their preferences. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues, keeping customers informed with regular updates while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role will require you to work on a weekly rota which includes night shifts, meaning there will be a 20% shift allowance to be discussed throughout the interview process.

- Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance (SC) with no restrictions.
