1st Line Support Analyst

-13-month contract
-Up to £175 per day inside IR35
Do you work in 1st Line Support and are looking for new role which will allow you to work with some core technologies, be part of a small but collaborative team and work for an organisation who run an online learning platform? Then this could be the role for you. Our client is looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst who will be the first point of contact to users and several 3rd party suppliers for the organisation as well as their sister organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via the telephone, diagnosing issues in a timely manner.
- Fully log all relevant documentation for each issue, ensuring all the correct information is passed on.
- Escalate more complex problems to appropriate escalation points and (on occasion) 3rd party suppliers.
Looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience in a 1st Line Support role.
- Is proficient in providing support for Microsoft products including, Office 365, teams and SharePoint. As well as experience with active directory.
- Can provide excellent customer service as well as clear and concise communication to customers and across the internal team.
- Has experience working in an ITIL environment.
