2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support

4 12 hour shifts working on site, 4 days off.

The role will involve supporting and investigating SRX routers as part of 24/7 BAU operations to enable the delivery of secure network. We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Network engineer to join a team of highly skilled engineers based in Solihull to manage and support the Customer network estate.

Daily duties will include a mixture incident management, project/implementation work and general support escalations/fault finding.

The successful candidate will be capable of investigating, supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting Juniper network devices.
