Help support Brighton's fantastic player recruitment model in our Category 1 Boy's Academy.

The Academy National Recruitment Manager will manage the efficient operation of the club's domestic youth recruitment. The post holder will be responsible for managing a team of hard–working Academy Scouts to identify and recruit elite young players at Academy and Pre–Academy age ranges.

Do you have what it takes?

You will have extensive knowledge of the football industry and the rules and regulations governing players and recruitment within EPPP guidelines. You must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload. You will also have excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database experience.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you hold the following qualifications:

– Talent ID Level 2

– Talent ID Level 3 or 4

– Valid membership to FA

– FA Safeguarding Children Workshop Certificate
