National Accounts Administrator – Glasgow
Salary – Circa £22000
The main purpose of your role will be supporting proactive sales initiatives, assisting with sales plans and preparations, emails, queries, and orders from existing and new customers. You will be working in a team and alongside the National Account Manager, however you will be responsible for your own customer accounts.
This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to join a supportive and encouraging team, based in Glasgow, with training provided. You will be able to develop skills and provide outstanding customer service within a fantastic organisation.
Duties to include:
• Processing customer queries and orders via email and phone
• Using customers own portals and systems to load product information, confirm orders and upload invoices.
• Speaking with new customers to determine their needs and build a successful working relationship.
• Liaising with internal and third-party departments to share and gather required information.
• Following up on sales plans and being proactive in chasing customers for confirmations
You will have/be:
• Strong organisational skills, coupled with the ability to prioritise workload and able to handle complex situations.
• Previous experience and passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service.
• A confident communicator via telephone and email.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic focused approach to work.
• Good IT and Microsoft office skills.
