Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Erdington
Hours: Monday – Friday 30 hours a week
Pay: £26,000 - £28,000 Pro rata
Contact: 12 Month fixed term
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
- To support the sales team with raising quotes and posting invoices and any additional administrative tasks.
- To support Finance team with Accounts Payable and any enquiries, ensuring tasks are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Optimise the use of Sage and Xero Accounting software.
- To answer and deal with any queries either by telephone or email from customers.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Requirements for Accounts Assistant:
- Previous experience with Sage and Xero (Preferred)
- Must be able to work well and help the team as and when required.
