Hospiria is a VC backed integrated SaaS + Service offering for independent property managers and portfolio owners. We offer our partners the ability to maximise occupancy levels, nightly earnings and overall income efficiently without the need for additional in-house resource, by giving users an all-in-one system for managing their accommodation business.

Our mission is to help independent property managers and portfolio owners thrive in the short and mid-term rentals market. We do this by providing a single technology to market, distribute and manage bookings as well as provide the tools for operational efficiencies for our partners. Together we deliver professional short term stays to guests all over the world.

About the role

Our Account Executive will play a leading role in our national and international growth plans for our world-class B2B SaaS expansion. They will focus on Hospiria sales into the B2B hospitality market with the responsibility of increasing the number of properties in our portfolio through building partnerships across the property industry.

We are looking for a hunter and self-starter who has the ability, potential, and a hunger to learn and grow as the company does. The role is best suit somebody that has experience in SaaS, travel, property/real estate and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will lead the day-to-day sales activity to deliver partner growth through both outbound and inbound such as:

  • Owning and building the pipeline - Driving sales and sourcing, prospecting, initiating and nurturing relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Lead generation and conversion - Proactively seeking out opportunities to generate and convert leads. Manage the partner signing process from initial discussions, software demos and contract signing. Including partner introductory meetings, pricing, preparing proposal documents and contract issuing
  • Proactively creating growth - seeking, researching and implementing opportunities to expand
  • Target key decision makers - Determine buying readiness and timelines, prepare and present product demonstrations.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, customer success, to deliver the best service to clients
  • Market Insights - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continually refine our approach and product offerings

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated track record of success in a quota-carrying, full cycle B2B sales
  • A solid understanding of SaaS businesses, including the commercial funnel and core sales methodologies
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • An understanding of CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce, using reports, creating opportunities and keeping up-to-date
  • Someone who is instinctively commercially minded, able to generate success in winning clients and sales for clients
  • Excellent analytical and people skills. You will need to combine the ability to source, create and understand performance data and translate that into understanding for partners
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and with constantly changing dynamics, organised and details oriented
