ABOUTTHE ROLE
The aim of the role is toprovide your allocated customers a great customer experience bybuilding strong trusting relationships with them. Understanding themarket and been able to position products from Arrow's line cardwithin their business to help develop and grow theaccount.
The successful candidate will be aprofessional, self-motivated, focused individual who can build andmaintain strong relationships with Partners andVendors
This is an office-based role but therewill be an opportunity to go out and meet partners whererequired.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Working closely with the BusinessDevelopment Managers, Product Specialists and the aligned vendorand partner contacts.
- Managing and maintainingthe pipeline for opportunities within defined criteria and accountsbase.
- Assist and support your accounts onqueries.
- Develop and maintain workingrelationships with vendor personnel.
- To meetmargin/revenue targets.
- To take responsibilityfor self-development in both product knowledge and jobcompetencies, achieving all objectivesset.

- Self-motivated with ahardworking and proactive approach.
- Structuredsales approach ie building rapport with key people for partnerand vendor, building confidence and trust within the customerbase.
- Strong desire to give excellent customerservice ie resolving enquiries efficiently andprofessionally.
- Capable of having a high-levelunderstanding of the Arrow product portfolio (training will begiven).
- A confident self-starter and strongteam player.
- Ability to cope under pressure andprioritise work accordingly.
- Ability todemonstrate that the individual can work effectively under theirown initiative and as a responsible, conscientious and reliableteam member.
- Sound business acumen and abilityto understand and interact with thecustomer.
- Competent in standard MicrosoftOfficeapplications.

Hoursof Work
The company's standard hoursof work are 9.00am - 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch, however dueto the nature of this role flexibility will be required in order tomeet the needs of the role.
