Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Kingston Upon Thames. The role involves managing existing customer relationships, building new relationships, providing excellent customer service to clients, and meeting sales targets.
We are looking for Account Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the retention, growth, account management and profitability of commercial accounts, with progression opportunities and performance bonuses for the right candidate. This exciting new role will have you covering commercial results, growth/development, meeting the relevant KPI's and SLA's, compliance, customer satisfaction and retention. Working closely with the Commercial Director to ensure the development of strategic account plans, innovative solutions/sustainability and ensure consistent and high quality service.
\t•\tPrimary interface between the company and client, responsible for ensuring strategic account plans are implemented, service success, contract compliance, retention and pricing
\t•\tBuild customer confidence by creating solid and stable multi-level relationships.
\t•\tBe the point of escalated for the Client to support the resolution of situations.
\t•\tNegotiate, influence and communicate at all levels within both internally and externally to deliver long term benefit to all parties.
\t•\tUpsell and cross sell other Just Clear products and services into the managed account.
This role is responsible for performance management of the contract in line with KPIs and metrics.
\t•\tThis position requires the ability to build key internal relationships at all levels to ensure customer success
\t•\tThe post also requires the ability to build key relationships with external organisations
Working with the Operations function to identify creative and innovative solutions which will reduce churn in line with company targets
\t•\tGaining and maintaining a detailed knowledge of Just Clear capabilities, operating procedures and how this fits within the market and customer base to retain and develop business.
\t•\tCarrying out site audits
Requirements
\t•\tYou will have a proven track record for effectively managing customer accounts.
\t•\tArticulate, confident and assertive.
\t•\tYou will have excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, demonstrating a strong 'can do' attitude towards account management.
\t•\tYou will be tenacious, resilient, determined to succeed and prepared to 'go that extra mile' to win our customer's commitment towards a lasting and profitable partnership.

\t•\tStrong Commercial background and awareness
\t•\tAnalytical and able to quickly assess issues and recommend and/or implement solutions
\t•\tRobust and resilient, able to absorb pressure and respond positively
\t•\tExperience of building and maintaining customer relationships
\t•\tSolid pragmatic approach to delivering to tight deadlines and targets
\t•\tAbility to plan, organise and prioritise
\t•\tMinimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, however A-Levels or a Degree certainly won’t do any harm.
