What you’ll do...
You’ll be the manager of all our talent. The person that works alongside all our superstars world wide to ensure they have what they need to do their jobs to the best of their ability! You’ll also help us find our next superstars for the TruCrew! You’ll have a passion for making sure people are engaged and understand our why and work closely with our Leadership team to successfully keep our business ticking over as it grows over the coming years!
%CF; Lead & manage the recruitment process alongside team leads for positions all over the globe. This includes posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, preparing contracts of employment and reference checks.
%CF; Ensure that eligibility to work in the country of hire of all employees has been checked and request updates for visas due to expire.
%CF; Conduct recruitment planning meetings and support hiring managers where needed.
%CF; Manage candidate communication and provide a clear application status for all candidates.
%CF; Manage the HR Inbox, answer queries and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
%CF; Manage world wide staff contracting and ensure amendments and up dates are made when required.
%CF; Manage updating and creation of all staff policies.
%CF; Work alongside our parent company to successfully launch workday in our business.
%CF; Administer the benefits programs for various regions and clearly communicate any changes to payroll and employees.
%CF; Connect and conduct all new starter ‘check ins’ for certain regions.
%CF; Conduct exit interviews, when necessary.
%CF; Prepare employee related letters including reference requests, pay changes as required.
%CF; Work with team leads to create an internal online training platform.
%CF; Record and deliver staff surveys world wide to help Leadership team understand staff engagement.
%CF; Implement new systems and processes for our Talent department.
%CF; Work alongside marketing team to deliver global internal communications on a regular basis.
%CF; Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation, company HR policies and human resources best practice to ensure continuous development.
%CF; Research and undertake specific projects and other ad-hoc tasks along with our partners from our parent company.
What you need to have…
%CF; At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
%CF; Proven administration skills demonstrating an accurate and thorough approach.
%CF; Willingness to want to lead and grow a department.
%CF; Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills
%CF; Experience working in a busy and fast paced environment
%CF; A good communicator that is able to work in partnership to support the business
%CF; A 'can do' attitude
%CF; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
%CF; The ability to demonstrate discretion with sensitive information
%CF; Lives within a commutable distance to our offices in Kingston upon Thames.
