• Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)
• Office-based

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join a growing business in the Rotherham area. You’ll be joining a business which is part of a global group of companies, and they are looking for an Account Executive / Account Manager who brings new ideas and a fresh outlook to contribute to a dedicated, diverse team.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service/client services role where you focused on a small number of key accounts
• Skilled in brainstorming and generating creative solutions
• Initiative to prioritise and organise work effectively

Your Typical Duties:

• As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for all customers.
• Building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Managing customer budgets and timelines, ensuring clear expectations regarding projects.
• Keeping your customer database up to date, ensuring accurate information is maintained, and providing exemplary support to your clients.
