Job Description
About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Programme Team within Flexible Fulfilment at ASOS. You will be working on AFS (ASOS Fulfilment Service) which is a new business stream key to ASOS’ future strategy. You will be integral in setting up new business processes for AFS as well as providing critical admin support. You will work to onboard new sellers to AFS at ASOS as well as supporting with the Partner Fulfils onboarding. You will work collaboratively with our partner brands & cross functionally within asos to ensure smooth onboarding into BAU. You will manage the product & PO creation, critical path and troubleshoot any issues.
What You’ll be Doing
- Support the Commercial Program Manager & Associate in building strong working relationships with our Partners by being the go-to for partner communication and queries.
- In the short to medium term, you will create options, assign EANs & raise PO’s/ASNs within KPI. In the longer term, you will help feed into automated solutions & act as SME
- Create and maintain a robust critical path for each partner brand
- Managing/Monitoring the intake of stock into the business on AFS whilst keeping the brand & team informed
- Ensuring the Critical Path is managed and up to date to guarantee that stock is processed efficiently and quickly resolving any query stock issues that occur during the process.
- You will communicate any issues and escalate where needed as well as suggesting solutions.
- Working across Technology, B&M & Supply Chain within ASOS supporting the flexible fulfilment business stream, implementing new processes.
- You will proactively identify solutions & efficiencies for continual improvement & feed back blockers/issues that affect the wider flexible fulfilment team.
- Proactively monitor our partners Article Status Reports to ensure maximum visibility of styles on the ASOS platform and support resolution of issues to maximise the sales opportunity.
- You will work collaboratively with the Account Managers/ ASOS B&M to ensure additional ranges are raised accurately and samples are available to handover to ASOS Studios in line with timelines.
- Supporting the wider flexible fulfilment team when needed
- Delivering efficient administrative support to the team, to ensure a smooth-running operation and relevant reports and files are always kept up to date.
- Participate in market reviews to understand competitor activity, identifying brand partnership opportunities for the department and presenting back ideas to the team.
- Taking the opportunity to learn and develop key skills through the ASOS Commercial Academy

- Is good at problem solving
- Has a strong understanding of 20-something culture and the ASOS customer, and is able to find the latest trends relevant to them
- Has great attention to detail
- Is able to build great professional relationships and have excellent communication skills
- Is confident using MS Office (Excel) and learning new systems.
