Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 DOE + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
? Liaise with clients daily via phone and email
? Handle client requests and policy changes promptly and accurately
? Stay up-to-date with insurer products to provide informed advice
? Research options for annual renewal and present recommendations to clients
? Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and insurers
? Ensure exceptional customer service and escalate any issues to management
Key Competencies:
? MUST have Medical Insurance experience.
? Attention to detail
? Professional and efficient demeanor
? Strong numeracy skills
? Commercial awareness
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn
? Clear and friendly communication style
