The role of Project Coordinator is key within our business. Your organisational and administration skills will enable you to support our business to ensure the successful delivery of our client work. The role is a busy and varied one, and plays a critical role within the business supporting the Psychologists and operations teams.

As the role is client-facing youll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Youll be used to working to deadlines with a pragmatic and client-centred approach to solving challenges.

- Experience of working within a busy and varied role
- Experience as a coordinator, administrator, and/ or event management.
- Client-focused - able to build relationships around the business and externally.
- Strong organisation skills and enjoy administrative tasks as well as more stretching tasks and contributing to the development of the team.
- Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working within a team as well as autonomously.
- You will have excellent IT skills, particularly around Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams and SharePoint, and with the desire and capabilities to learn new skills as required.
- Willing to work in the office two days per week, and attend monthly company meetings in the office.
- Some travel may be required to client sites, and the occasional overnight stay when managing our events.
What sort of things you can expect to be doing:
Office support answering phones/front door, monitoring/ordering stationery, coordinating couriers, first aid/fire marshalling, arranging lunches etc.
Quality control proofing, house-styling key documents and reports to a high standard, working creatively with PowerPoint slides, manuals, and handouts. Researching and pulling together information for proposals, creating how-to guides, refining, and improving the quality of our work as you go.
Project support You will work across the life of a client project. You could be booking andliaising with suppliers, venues, and participants, tracking activities such as monitoring pre-work, and attendance records, and proactively following up on actions and activities to deadlines. Printing and producing event materials, building, and administering surveys, being a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, and ensuring teams are equipped with all they need. You will be working with sensitive data and handling it with care too, so attention to detail and care over your work is important.

- Salary range: £25-30,000 per annum
